Key Stage 5 Curriculum

At Key Stage 5, pupils follow a programme of traditional A level subjects or BTEC Level 3 qualifications. Pupils with a mixture of 9-4 grades at GCSE choose 3 full A level/BTEC Level 3 subjects in addition to the Inauro curriculum that consists of Core Religious Studies, PSHE, Careers, Citizenship along with relevant work experience and other ‘co-curricular’ opportunities. Pupils who have not gained a grade 4 or above in English and Mathematics at GCSE are also required to re-sit these subjects.

The Sixth Form section of the website outlines the A levels/BTEC Level 3 qualifications that are available along with information on awarding bodies and time allocations. Broad curriculum plans for each subject are provided here.
